Hazelnuts Are Go

Rooting about in the bushes today for these little chaps...Hazelnuts and contrary to popular belief they don't fully mature on the trees in the UK.....So if they are a descent size [an inch or so] they should be picked now....They taste great as they are and once shelled are an ideal addition to salads, casseroles, soups etc....I will post a pick of my ill gotten gains later..xx
